A leading authority on information quality, ontology and data modelling, Matthew was a contributor to CDBB’s National Digital Twin programme, and was formative in the development of its Information Management Framework. For over 40 years Matthew was a passionate proponent of the importance of information sharing, regardless of industry sector boundaries.
