Tristan Olivier

Tristan trained as a joiner and building surveyor before specialising in lead paint/dust contamination risk management in construction/building repair, maintenance, improvement, and DIY. He pioneered the use in the UK of XRF-isotope technology for non-destructive on-site lead paint testing; and infrared paint removal.
A self-professed polymath, he has achieved recognition as a Patented Inventor, Award-winning Designer, and Innovator. He is also an Artist, Poet and Wordsmith and has lived/worked in Regenerative Agriculture.
Tristan is also a Technical Author (CITB GT700, GE700), Public Speaker and contributor to the broader industry through participation in multiple Construction Industry Council Committees (CIC: Climate Change workstreams including Finance/Risk, Education, Resilience/Biodiversity, Competence/Ethics; Housing, Health & Safety) and the CIC Liability Panel. Construction Leadership Council (CLC) commitments include the Digital and PII Forums and recent invitation to join the CLC Green Construction Board. Tristan advocates for the adoption of Regenerative Holistic Management to restore Soil Health, Water Catchments, and Biodiversity.
