Simon is a partner in the Construction and Engineering team at Womble Bond Dickinson with over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. He specialises in all forms of dispute resolution in the infrastructure, energy, PFI/PPP and subsea/offshore sectors for a wide variety of public and private sector clients.
Simon is a member of TeCSA and the Society of Construction Law. He is also a Vice Chair of nima, a nima Ambassador and a member of the GIIG. He contributes to the legal guidance on the BIM Framework and has been part of the drafting team for the information management templates for ISO 19650 parts 2 and 3, amongst other things.
