With over 14 years of dedicated service to the Higher Education sector, Brett currently works at the University of Warwick as a Systems and Digital Information Manager, renowned for advancing service delivery through strategic digitisation of Estates data. Originating from a customer service background, Brett brings a unique perspective to the role, ensuring a stakeholder-centric approach to operational efficiency.

As a proficient leader, Brett serves as Vice-Chair for BIM4Estates, an AUDE Special Interest Group which is also Nima affiliated, sharing valuable insights across Higher Education and Healthcare sectors. In-depth expertise spans diverse systems, including CAFM, Compliance Software, Wayfinding Applications, AutoCAD, and ArcGIS. Experienced in delivering BIM, aiming to ensure efficient integration from capital projects to operational and maintenance stakeholders.

Additionally, Brett is a NEBOSH General Certificate holder with distinction, blending managerial proficiency in Facility Management, People Management, and Administration. A graduate of the AUDE 21st Century Leadership Programme and a key contributor to the winning team at the AUDE Summer School in 2021, Brett continues to champion operational efficiency in the digital transformation of Estates departments.
