As a digital project management consultant and entrepreneur, Shax is passionate about using technology to improve the built environment for everyone. Shax delivers innovative systems and processes that save clients thousands of pounds and significantly reduce issues, and delays. Shax also advise clients on how to improve their accessibility and sustainability practices.

In 2020, Shax founded Teqie, a start-up that works to ensure building owners, operators and especially occupants have access to the benefits of technology, to manage risks better, comply with regulations and increase profitability. Shax is committed to social mobility and believe that everyone deserves access to safe, quality, and affordable homes.
