IM4Legal (formerly BIM4Legal) is for the legal community and those in the construction industry who need to review and negotiate BIM contract terms and to understand and resolve legal issues.

The aim of IM4Legal is to provide a neutral forum for people to network, gain experience and knowledge to provide better legal and contractual support for their clients or their own organisations or projects, thereby reducing risk and issues for the industry as a whole.

The group serves to share and discuss various aspects of implementation to increase awareness of the opportunities and to provide a level of comfort that there is support available through nima and buildingSMART UK & Ireland.
