Meet nima at Digital Construction Week 2024
At the annual Digital Construction Week show at London’s ExCEL on 5 and 6 June 2024, nima will be literally playing an even more central role, and will be hosting a breakfast event on the second day.
For 2024, nima has moved from its previous corner location in the hall to a central location (stand D440) between the DCW lounge and the Information Management Stage (IMS), which is again sponsored by nima. The corner space used in past years will now accommodate the Information Management Exchange (IMX). Backed by the UK BIM Framework, nima and BSI, this provides a space for more interactive sessions.

nima has also curated five expert sessions across both these spaces at DCW:
- The UK’s Information Management Mandate Review (nima and the Construction Leadership Council) – 10am-10.30am, 5 June, on the Information Management Stage (see this news update for more background about the ongoing review)
- How neurodiversity can solve talent scarcity (nima and BIM4Water) – 10.45am-11.30am, 5 June, on the Information Management Exchange
- IFC 4.3 – What is it and what’s new? (nima and bSUKI) – 11am-11.30am, 5 June, on the Information Management Stage
- BIM4Housing and Building Safety (nima and BIM4Housing) – 3.45pm-4.30pm, 5 June, on the Information Management Exchange
- Fire Safety and Information Management (nima) – 12.15pm-1pm, 6 June, on the Information Management Exchange
In addition to the nima-curated sessions, numerous nima ambassadors and other volunteers are also speaking at DCW (full details of the nima sessions and other seminars are available in the DCW 2024 programme).
Join nima for breakfast on Day 2
nima will also be hosting a breakfast gathering on its stand from 8.30am to 10.30am on Thursday 6 June. Come along and meet some of nima’s many volunteers and enjoy a coffee and light refreshments (on a first come first served basis).
