Constructing Excellence Annual Conference 2025

The annual conference of Constructing Excellence (a nima affiliate) brings together key decision makers from across the Constructing Excellence movement and wider construction industry to explore the burning issues of the day and how they relate to Constructing Excellence’s mission and vision. The 2025 conference will focus on “Delivering Excellence: Better for the Planet, Better for Society, Better for the Bottom Line”. 

For us as an industry we need to collectively organise to deliver in a fairer and more sustainable way that unlocks the potential and capacity for better delivery. The conference will bring together leading practitioners and thinkers to explore through three lenses:
