Steven is an experienced senior executive and board level leader in the built environment and infrastructure. He has extensive experience of scale and complexity, and in driving business change. He is a strong advocate of the effective use of data and its integration with business strategy, investment decisions and procurement.
After a career in the British Army and the Civil Service including as the CEO of the Government Property Agency, Steven now has several non-executive and strategic advisory roles and acts as a consultant in the built environment.
He is currently collaborating with professional institutions and industry bodies to encourage better alignment of data classifications to enable sector productivity.
