Steve Sears has experience in both military and civilian communication network builds and later worked in product and process compliance. He founded Renica Solutions in 2011 to assist organisations with implementing and maintaining processes aligned with ISO standards. In 2017, he began specialising in the PAS 1192 / ISO 19650 suite of standards, including conducting ISO 19650 audits for BSI.
Steve has since completed over 1,300 days auditing more than 200 organisations, evaluating process and project compliance with ISO 19650 implementation. These assessments have afforded him a thorough understanding of best practices and common challenges associated with ISO 19650-2 implementation.
