Pete’s current role is to ensure that the people, processes and technology are in place to grow AtkinsRealis digital engineering capacity. He will be contributing to the governance and strategy for the Transportation business, along with establishing and leading regional initiatives and early adopter teams for both process and technology solutions. Pete’s engineering experience of large scale projects, combined with a good understanding of digital engineering and the elements required for it to bring benefit, have resulted in key information management roles on a number of large transportation projects in the UK

The results of the early adopter work and strategic development have been presented at a number of conferences, including the British Standards Institute, and Autodesk University. It has also resulted in Institution of Civil Engineers Papers. Pete’s drive is to support engineering teams with the tools and processes they require, in order to enhance their ability to deliver Clients aspirations, delivering more and better, with less waste.
