Andy Adams is the Managing Director and Founder of T3 Training & Development and T3 Industry Solutions, with over 25 years’ experience in the construction sector. Passionate about design, construction, and developing the next generation, Andy has led the creation of fast-track specialist training programmes and introduced a first-of-its-kind Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) centre.

Andy began his career as an Apprentice Reinforcement Engineer with a Design & Build concrete tank specialist, before progressing to work as a Graduate Engineer with Galliford Try. He later established his own reinforced concrete design and detailing consultancy, which has since evolved into T3 Industry Solutions, now providing RC detailing, Revit and BIM services, workforce upskilling, and curriculum design.

In 2016, Andy formed T3 Training & Development to tackle the significant shortage of skilled people within the AEC sector. Since then, he has built strong partnerships with Tier 1 contractors, consultants and SME’s across the UK and Republic of Ireland, designing and delivering innovative training that bridges the gap between industry demand and workforce capability.
