Once you register you will be sent a confirmation email, this will arrive from Learnbrite.

After receiving the email, proceed to login, from there you will be asked to set up a password.

Unlike traditional webinars or video streams, all attendees at the nima Virtual Conference 2025 will enter the conference as a customisable avatar.

You will be automatically prompted to create your avatar.

When your avatar is complete you are ready to go.

The nima Virtual Conference platform is now open and you can set up your avatar at any time before the conference date of Thursday 6 November.
