Simon is a Partner in the Construction and Engineering team at Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP. He has over thirty years’ experience of advising public and private sector clients and has been involved in the legal and contractual aspects of information management since 2012. He is part of the drafting team responsible for the template information management protocols for use with ISO 19650– 1 and – 2, he is a contributor to the legal guidance available on the UK BIM Framework, he is Vice Chair of nima, a nima Ambassador and Vice Chair of IM4Legal.
