nima Autumn Virtual Conference 2024

Information Management Initiative:
the refreshed approach to information management for the built and
managed environment

Thursday 7 November 2024

The third nima Virtual Conference will take place on Thursday 7 November 2024 and will once again be held in our immersive conference environment, where the audience, speakers and exhibitors interact through a series of virtual spaces for presentations, demonstrations and networking.

New for Autumn 2024 is the thread running through all the conference content from the main stage to our networking rooms – a new approach to information management.

Throughout 2024, nima has been leading work to build upon the pioneering ‘UK BIM Mandate’ and the current ‘Information Management Initiative’ contained in the Transforming Infrastructure Performance Roadmap to 2030. This work is also a response to a key recommendation of the Construction Leadership Council’s (CLC) September 2023 Productivity Report to stimulate innovation and digital transformation.

Ensuring the new Information Management Initiative (IMI) is relevant across the whole built and managed environment, both now and for the future, the aim is to make the message less ambiguous, more achievable and beneficial for everyone. The CLC is supporting the nima Autumn Virtual Conference and will be joining us on the day!

Register now to secure your virtual front row seat to hear everything you need to know about the new Information Management Initiative.
